After signing in, I keep ending up on the sign in screen as if I haven't just signed in, and 'log in' is always displayed at the top-left corner of every page.
I am getting a message 'The user name you have entered is already registered in the system.' or 'The email address you have entered is already registered in the system.' while trying to register.
Is there a paper form I can fill out and mail to register for an event?
How do I make a payment for an event I have registered for?
How do I make a selection for one of the registration choices?

Q.: After signing in, I keep ending up on the sign in screen as if I haven't just signed in, and 'log in' is always displayed at the top-left corner of every page.

A.: This is an almost definite sign that your browser does not support cookies. Some very old browses, over 5 years old, may not have the support for cookies - try upgrading your browser. It is also possible to disable cookies on most current browsers - if your browser is not very old, check your browser's settings to make sure cookie support has not been mistakenly disabled. Cookies are a critical component of web applications, a cookie allows the web server - where the application you are using is located - to identify you - the user - between multiple requests you make to the server. Remember, you are sitting at your computer far away from the server, there is no constant connection between you and the server. Every time you submit a form or follow a hyper link, you are making a brand new request to the server. On your first such request, the server gives your browser an ID number, in a form of a cookie, which the browser sends to the server with every subsequent request, allowing the server to identify you between requests and keep your application going. Most such cookies automatically expire when you close your browser. A cookie NEVER sends any personal information about you to the server, all a cookie contains is what the server put in it in the first place.

Q.: I am getting a message 'The user name you have entered is already registered in the system.' or 'The email address you have entered is already registered in the system.' while trying to register.

A.: You are getting this error because you have already setup an account on the Odulo system in the past. You should now be logging in instead of trying to recreate your account. To log in, fill out the box labeled 'Please Sign In' and hit the 'Sign In' button. If you forgot your user name and/or your password, simply click on the link in 'Forgot your password? Click here' located at the bottom of the 'Please Sign In' box.

Q.: Is there a paper form I can fill out and mail to register for an event?

A.: Yes, there is a mail form available. Click on the All Events link on the toolbar from any events page. You will see a list of available events. Don't click on the event, instead click on the little form icon at the far right under 'Printable Reg. Form'. Print that form out and fill it out by hand. Send the completed form along with payment (if required) to the event holder.

Q.: How do I make a payment for an event I have registered for?

A.: To make a payment, scroll down to the bottom of the my Event Attendees page. Where it says 'Make a Payment', choose your payment method from the drop down box and click on the 'Proceed' button.
Note: the 'Make a Payment' box is only available if your registration(s) have a Net Due greater then $0.
Hint: If your Net Due is $0, check your registration selections to make sure you selected the correct options that have a cost. See How do I make a selection for one of the registration choices? help topic below.
